Aaron A. Neglia

Inspired by the Honorable Reverend Jesse Jackson “never look down on a person unless you’re helping them up,” Aaron Neglia has built his career on a foundation of aiding others in their time of need. His dedication to making a difference and his forceful personality extend beyond each client he serves. He created Aaron Neglia Consulting in May 2024.

Following the events of September 11, 2001, Aaron enlisted in the United States Army, serving two combat tours in Iraq with the 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment. After an honorable discharge, he completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and went on to earn his law degree from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Over the years, Aaron has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for his Wrongful Death cases, including recent judgments and settlements of $20,015,000.00 and $2,250,000.00. He is now available for hire as an expert witness and consultant on cases involving Negligent Security & Premises Liability, leveraging his extensive legal expertise to advise on these complex matters.
